About Me

I have been a resident of Maryland since 1998 and have actively worked in the real estate industry since February 1990.

For me, becoming your real estate consultant means sharing the common goal of making your dreams of buying a home come true. I am committed to meeting and exceeding your expectations by being more than simply a sales agent, but a consultant who stays in tune with each of my client's needs and dreams and keeps in sync with the needs of the growing marketplace.

During a real estate transaction there are a myriad of time sensitive details, terms and conditions that must be followed up on. Many of these are critical to whether a contract closes or not. My dedication, specialized knowledge and attention to detail allow me to stay on top of my transactions to spot problems, if any, early so that your sale or purchase and your move are smooth and enjoyable.

I utilize the latest technology and marketing tools in marketing My Listings to obtain the most exposure available. My professional negotiating skills will aid you in obtaining the best price and terms for your home the market will bear.

My Real Estate service areas include Montgomery County, Frederick County, Carroll County, Howard County, Washington County, Prince Georges County, and Anne Arundel County.

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College, North Andover, MA. I am a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and have earned the Seller Representative Specialist Designation (SRS), the Accredited Buyers Representative Designation (ABR), the Certified Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Designation (SFR) and Certified Military Residential Specialist (CMRS) Certification. I am a Notary Public in the state of Maryland and a Member of the RE/MAX 100% Club.

I look forward to serving your Real Estate needs.
